The Centre for Business Process Outsourcing (CBPO) is a research centre launched at the beginning of 2005. The Centre is a partnership between Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Strathclyde University and Vertex, with substantial funding also from the EPSRC (The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council) and supported by the CCA (Contact Centre Association).
