Services to Industry

Knowledge Transfer to Interested Bodies

The two objectives that are common to all CBPO projects are the creation and transfer of knowledge. By “interested bodies” we mean:

  • Society
  • The scientific community

Knowledge is hence transferred mainly through:

  • KTP (Knowledge Transfer Program) Projects (short term)
  • Development of ad-hoc Training Courses (medium term)
  • Establishment of an accredited Master course in Business Process Outsourcing (long term)
  • Scientific publications in both industrial magazines and academic international journals
  • Organization of knowledge dissemination events (workshop, conferences, etc.)
